Welcome to the Hotel-Restaurant le Relays du Chasteau, a 2-star hotel located in the heart of the village of Brousse-le-Château, in the south of France, in the beautiful department of Aveyron. For five generations, this charming little hotel has been run by the same family, driven by a shared passion for the region and dedicated to offering you a relaxing stay in a village listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. The hotel was recently renovated in 2025 for your utmost comfort. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, as a couple or solo, book one of our 11 comfortable, air-conditioned, and practical rooms. We are open from March 1st to December 20th. All our rooms are located on the first and second floors without an elevator. Our establishment has been granted an exemption by the prefecture due to structural constraints related to the building's age, making accessibility technically impossible. Therefore, our establishment does not have wheelchair access. We remain at your disposal to assist you and, where possible, offer alternative solutions to facilitate your visit. Our staircases are equipped with tactile paving.

To meet your hosts, we invite you to visit our reception, open every day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. We'll be happy to share our favorite local spots with you, in French and English.
Quiet rooms
Our charming establishment in Brousse-le-Château offers 11 cozy rooms, fully renovated in 2025. They can accommodate one to four people. Our rooms guarantee peaceful nights in the heart of the Grands Causses Natural Park.
All rooms feature quality bedding (140cm and 90cm), a lovely view, and a private bathroom. Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is before 12 p.m. A travel cot is available free of charge upon request.
For family breaks, as a couple, alone, or with friends, opt for the comfort of our fully equipped rooms.
A fresh and local breakfast
Every morning, fill up on energy with the gourmet and generous continental breakfast. Many fresh and local dishes will garnish our buffet, served between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (€10.50 per day and per person). You won't be able to resist sheep yoghurts from the Salze farm, pastries baked the same morning, seasonal fruits, homemade jams, Aveyronnaise spread, but also charcuterie and regional cheeses. Take a seat in the breakfast room and wake up gently.
