The producers
We are passionate about our beautiful region. This is why, in each of our preparations, you will find a bit of Aveyron.
To offer you all its gourmet moments, we are proud to work with local producers close to us. You will find organic bread from Léa (6 km), organic sheep cheese and yoghurts from Laurence (12 km), goat cheese from Cécile (5 km), Broussais honey from Jean-Marie, Roquefort from Vernières (18 km) and the “Charcuterie Bories” charcuterie (22 km).
The bar
For visitors passing through Brousse-le-Château, our travelers or people dining in the restaurant, we offer a bar. Browse our menu and discover hot drinks, refreshing drinks, regional aperitifs and local wines. Take a seat in the air-conditioned dining room or on the beautiful terrace.
For your gourmet break in the afternoon, consider the Glaces des Alpes, on sale in our bar. The ice creams are homemade and guarantee you a refreshing and pleasant moment.
The evening stopover
To all sales reps, salespeople and professionals traveling in the South of Aveyron, we have thought of you, by creating our “evening stopover” offer. The latter is offered at 78 € per person and per night. The evening stopover at the Relays du Chasteau includes the night in a Double Shower Room, breakfast and the evening meal in the restaurant with starter, main course and dessert.
